Our founder, Derek Martindale, is a professional landscaper with a degree in Landscape and Business Management from BYU. In his two decades of experience, he has overseen some of the largest properties in the country, including the Montage and Ritz Carlton, as well as the campuses of Amazon and Facebook.

Leading the Tree Care Services division is Brian Ostler, who is an ISA Certified Arborist with over 20 years in the tree care industry, including working as a leader with one of the largest tree care companies in the United States. Having been successfully involved with both Residential and Commercial tree care companies, he provides a strong operational and business development background.
